Heating Things Up
The key strategist and marketing lead across the British Gas product portfolio, setting out to deliver dramatic growth through performance marketing campaigns and UK wide event activations. Working closely with the Board of Directors, responsibilities centred around management and delivery of brand, ideation and execution of retail and industry events and creative marketing campaigns including ATL, PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing and Social Media.
Achievements included the execution of the most successful British Gas sale campaign in the last 5 years, Black Friday, which exceeded campaign sales targets by 120%+ combining UK retailer events and Paid channels.
● Managing key relationships between media and creative teams to deliver creative assets, inc ATL.
● Leading customer behaviour analysis to unpack consumer insights
● Chairing weekly reporting of marketing performance & insight to Directors
● Acting as Project Manager for all events and liaising with stakeholders including meeting planning and sponsorship for Team GB 2024.
